Our Fees
For our advice services, we will charge a fee of between £0 and £499.
The typical fee for a purchase is £299. The typical fee for specialist lending is £499.
The actual fee payable will be provided in writing to you.
The fee is payable on application.
You will not receive a refund if your mortgage or loan does not go ahead after application.
We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.
